This is a extremely special cosplay and photo for me.
I won’t go to in-depth into detail here but it is dedicated to a beloved person who passed away several years ago today, Genkai from Yu Yu Hakusho always strongly reminded me of her, both in the strength and determination and the true caring, love and selflessness...and offcourse the quick wit and strong sense of sarcasm.
So this cosplay and photo shoot is dedicated to this person, whom although is no longer around, is providing me so much strength in life.

I have a few very big thank you, without the help of very good friends this cosplay wouldn’t have been as good and important as what it is.
Offcourse*cescat for the photography, I am so touched that you were willing to take this photos for me, and beyond that you understood why it was so important to me and worked really hard for my sake, I honestly would not have been as thrilled if it had been anyone else but you taking this photos for me, it really means the world to me.
A big thank you to the lovely ~Midgiee and ~Jesshime, your girls were saviours, real cosplay heros xpp bringing hairspray and styling my wig, as well bringing drinks and skittles, not to mention onto my hand to keep me stable whenever anyone walked on the bridge when I was balancing on the rail.

For this picture I think the main thing that shows is the strength and determination, the willingness to fight when its needed...lol honestly I just think my face look unnaturally strong for me but I like it xpp
To me the person this shoot is dedicated to had unbelievable strength, she lived through so many hardships, things that people wouldn’t even be able to imagine, but she dealt with it all with such a strong will and sheer stubbornness, but at the same time if anyone she truly loved needed her strength she would give it all up for them, making herself weaker or putting herself in harm’s way.
Growing up she was always the strongest person in my mind, my inspiration, and even today I hope to have even half of her strength in life.

Haha I just needed to use that quote, it is truly something that my above mentioned person would have said
